焗蜜糖綠茶紅豆芝士蛋糕 4 H/ i# ]# w2 m/ R" \- _材 料 : 1 隻雞蛋 1/4 杯鮮奶 1 湯匙麵粉 2 湯匙蜜糖 1 湯匙綠茶粉 12 安士忌廉芝士 100 克罐頭紅豆粒 1/2 茶匙雲呢拿精華餅 底 : 1 安士無鹽牛油 2 安士消化餅(壓碎) 1 安士粟米片(壓碎)做 法 : (1) 牛油煮溶,加餅碎拌勻。置七吋蛋糕盤底(己塗 油及墊紙)放平,待用。 (2) 將雞蛋、麵粉及罐頭紅豆粒拌勻候用。 (3) 將鮮奶、綠茶粉及雲呢拿精華拌勻備用。 (4) 將忌廉芝士打滑,加蜜糖打勻後拌入已攪勻的 (2)及(3)材料中,即成餅料。 (5) 將餅料放蛋糕盤中抹平,置 180 度焗爐坐水焗 一小時。 (6) 蛋糕取出待涼,再放雪櫃最少兩小時,結實後 飾以忌廉即成。備 註 : (1) 綠茶粉可於日式超級市場選購。但要留意某些 綠茶粉已經加糖,方便即沖即飲。應選購無糖 的純綠茶粉,綠茶味更濃。" W- @4 h2 M3 J2 _4 A( K
Honey Green Tea & Red Bean Cheese Cake , U4 Y( n0 A! m" D Ingredients : 1 Egg 1/4 cup of milk 1 tbsp plain flour 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp green tea powder 12 oz cream cheese 100g canned red bean 1/2 tsp vanilla extractIngredients : 1 oz unsalted butter 2 oz ginger snaps (crushed) 1 oz corn flakes (crushed)Method : (1) Melt butter & add in ginger snaps, stir well. Put and press inside a 7 inches cake tin which already brush with oil & line with a piece of baking paper. Set aside. (2) Mix the egg, flour & red bean for later use. (3) Mix the milk, green tea powder and vanilla extract for later use. (4) Whip the cream cheese & honey until light and fluffy. Pour ingredients (2) and (3), mix well and form the cake ingredient. (5) Put the cake ingredient into the cake tin, level the surface bake in 180oC oven for 1 hour.
