材 料 : 1 隻雞蛋 1/2 杯熱水 1/2 湯匙rum酒 2 湯匙砂糖 10 條手指餅 1/2 杯忌廉(打起) 1/2 湯匙可可粉 18 粒士多啤梨(切片) 125 克意大利芝士 谷咕粉少許做 法 : (1) 可可粉加熱水攪溶,待涼後,加rum酒待用。 (2) 雞蛋中的蛋白和蛋黃分開,蛋黃與糖打勻後 加芝士再打至滑身,加忌廉拌勻待用。 (3) 蛋白打起後加入忌廉蛋黃芝士醬中混合。 (4) 手指餅浸於 (1) 並排放成心形,依次序加入 (3) 再放已浸酒的手指餅及部份士多啤梨, 面再放芝士混合物即成。 (5) 最後放雪柜 2-3 小時,面灑谷咕粉及放士多 啤梨裝飾即可。

Strawberry Tiramisu

Ingredients : 1 Egg 1/2 cup hot water 1/2 tbsp rum 2 tbsp sugar 10 pcs lady's fingers 1/2 cup of whipped whipping cream 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder 18 Strawberry (sliced) 125g Mascarpone cheese A pinch of cocoa powderMethod : (1) Melt cocoa powder in hot water. Let cool. Stir in rum. Set aside. (2) Separate egg yolk and egg white. Whisk egg yolk and sugar. Combine with mascarpone cheese until smooth. Stir in whipped cream. Set aside. (3) Whisk egg white until frothy. Combine with cheese mixture. (4) Soak lady's finger into cocoa solution and arrange into heart shape. Add in cheese mixture, soaked lady's fingers & some strawberry in order. Place cheese mixture on top. (5) Keep frozen for 2-3 hours. Spinkle cocoa powder on top & garnish with strawberry.
