栗茸柚子蛋糕0 Z; Q! y% Y7 S0 b
材 料 : 2 隻蛋白 2 隻蛋黃 60 克砂糖 50 克麵粉 20 克柚子汁 1 支栗子茸 15 克無鹽牛油(溶解) 泡打粉及鮮檸檬汁各少許做 法 : (1) 蛋黃加 20 克砂糖輕力攪拌至糖溶,加入柚子汁拌勻,再加入無鹽 牛油拌勻。 (2) 將低筋麵粉篩幼,混合泡打粉及檸檬汁,加入 (1) 中拌勻成麵糊。 (3) 蛋白加入剩餘的砂糖,以打蛋器打至企身,分數次加入 (2) 中輕輕 拌勻。 (4) 預熱焗爐,焗盤內鋪上蛋糕紙,倒入 (3) 之麵糊,放入焗爐以 180oC 焗約廿分鐘,取出待涼。 (5) 蛋糕面唧上栗子茸便成,可拌上鮮果同食。1 n, S7 \$ V. B4 f

Ingredients : 2 Egg white 2 Egg yolk 60g Sugar 50g Flour 20g Grapefruit juice 1 Chestnut paste 15g Plain butter (melted) Some baking powder & fresh lemon juiceMethod : (1) Add 20g sugar into the egg yolk & blend until the sugar melt. Then, pour in grapefruit juice & butter. (2) Sieve the flour & mix with baking powder & lemon juice. (3) Add 40g sugar into the egg white & blend until firm. Then, add into the mixture (2) in several times. (4) Preheat the oven. Place cake paper onto the oven tray. Then, pour in mxiture & bake at 180oC for 20 mins. Take out & cool down.
